Small Scale Rural Industry

Setting up small scale industry at  diverse regional setting is advantageous in terms of:

• Labor absorbtion
• less capital requirement
• less cogestion
• de-concentration of economic power
• efficient way of using resources

SSRI buids up linkages between rural and urban.  There are differnt forms of linkages. However, there is the possibility of leakages also. We should go with rationality and harvesting the benefits.
